JZO Co. Ltd. has a long tradition of making ophthalmic lenses. Founded in 1945 as a state-owned enterprise in southwestern Poland, it became a limited-liability company in 1995.The firm has concentrated on ophthalmic lenses since a restructuring in 1990. JZO guarantees reproducible high quality in its products. The company has now attained ISO 9001:2000 certification (it was already ISO 9002 certified), which marks it as a dynamic, rapidly developing enterprise with a progressive management model. Nor does JZO rest on its laurels when it has reached a major goal: The firm seeks - and finds - new challenges.

JZO also works to bring together all those involved in ophthalmics and to promote high-quality ophthalmic products in Poland. The company makes a continuing effort to maintain good relations with domestic and International manufacturers in this field and to foster long-term cooperation.
